College & Career Week, January 23-27

DLE will recognize College and Career Week Jan. 23-27.  See below for spirit wear theme days. 

January 23: “Heroes are made”: Wear your favorite super hero shirt (no costumes).  

January 24: “Your Future Starts Here”: Wear your favorite DLE shirt

January 25: “College Day Wednesday”: Wear your favorite college gear

January 26: CAREER DAY! Dress up for your dream career

January 27: “We Are Fit to Work and Achieve”: Wear your favorite fitness gear

College Day Wednesdays 

Students and staff members are encouraged to wear college shirts each Wednesday in the month of January to support the learning of colleges/post-secondary education opportunities.

DLE Red Ribbon Week Oct. 24-28

All DLE students are encouraged to participate in Red Ribbon Week Oct. 24-28. Each day has a different theme, ending with the annual Book Character Parade on Oct. 28.

College and Career Week

COLLEGE AND CAREER WEEK

Monday, January 24th through Friday, January 28th

This week is College and Career week! Students will learn about different colleges on the announcements, enjoy Career Day speakers and participate in spirit days.

Red Ribbon Week Oct. 25-29

October 25th-29th is Red Ribbon Week. This is a week set aside to talk about the dangers of drugs and alcohol, and to discuss ways to say, “No.”

Help our school raise awareness of the negative effects of drugs and alcohol by participating in Red Ribbon Week spirit days.
