Business Sponsorships
Each year, community businesses have the opportunity to sponsor the Donald Leonetti Elementary School PTO. This partnership is a win-win for the students and the business! By having access to marketing and business highlights, companies can directly share their product or service with over 850 families in our community. Your funding provides opportunities such as field trips, holiday parties, educational assemblies, family fun events, and staff grants that are otherwise not provided by the district. New this year, your company has the choice to designate a specific event, project or activity for your donation to support. So choose what’s meaningful for you!
Area businesses who have an interest in supporting the students and teachers at Donald Leonetti Elementary, are now eligible to sign up as a sponsor! But act fast to get first dibs on your preferred designation. The deadline for maximized benefits (ie: company logos included on marketing banners and spirit shirts) is August 10, 2024.

Corporate Matching Donations
Corporate matching gifts are a type of philanthropy in which companies financially match donations that their employees make to nonprofit organizations. When an employee makes a donation, they’ll request the matching gift from their employer, who then makes their own donation. Companies usually match donations at a 1:1 ratio, but some will match at a 2:1, 3:1, or even a 4:1 ratio. We encourage you to reach out to your company and see if corporate matching is available!

Boosterthon
The DLE Lion Fun Run is a nine-day program and is the school’s biggest fundraiser! Boosterthon kicks off in early spring with character lessons and EXCITEMENT that leads up to our DLE Lion Fun Run. The fun run event takes place during each grade level’s outclass. Families and friends can sponsor a child based on number of laps that they complete! Palooza
Palooza is our annual check writing campaign that allows easy fundraising for the school. It typically includes a fun online auction of student experiences and friendly competitions among the grades to raise the most for DLE! Funds from this campaign go towards operating budget of the PTO such as classroom needs, supplies, staff appreciation, special events and holiday parties. Interested in helping the Palooza team? Spirit Nights
Throughout the year, DLE collaborates with local businesses to host spirit events. These events contribute a portion of your purchase to DLE, while supporting our small business community. School Supplies
Each spring DLE organizes customized school supply packages, designed and hand-picked by our own teacher leads. Then we give parents the opportunity to order a supply box for the following year - it’s an easy one-stop shop! Plus, it’s delivered directly to the classroom!
