I am honored to serve as your DLE PTO President for the 2018-2019 school year. I am surrounded by an incredible PTO board as well as amazing volunteers. I have enjoyed getting to know our parents and the staff at DLE. We hope to help make our school the best it can be! Please feel free to reach out to any of us throughout the school year.
We have lived in Sienna since 2006, and are excited to be part of our new school! I am a former school teacher and am now home with my three children and wonderful husband, Guy. Greysen is a fourth grader and Graham is in third. Our Emery is 4 and attends the Methodist Day School. We love spending time together as a family, camping and going to the beach. We also have a dog named Lando.
I am serving as Vice President One for 2018-2019 school year. I am married to a wonderful husband, Adam and have two wonderful kids, Aiden (3rd Grade) and Kylie (1st Grade). Our family loves to travel and explore!
auree Walker is a stay at home mom of two children, Luke, age 10 and Lily, age 7. She grew up in sunny California and attended SJSU. Before becoming a Texan, she was a High School AP English Teacher in San Jose, CA for nearly 15 years. She moved here with her husband, Tim, and their children, a little less than a year ago, after living in California their entire lives. She is extremely excited to be a part of Donald Leonetti Elementary School as well as the Sienna Plantation Neighborhood, and looks forward to serving her DLE community.
I am the Secretary of Donald Elementary PTO. I am married to Steve and we have two kids. Christopher is in 5th grade and Sofia is in 4th grade. I am going on my 6th year serving on PTO, as I have served in other elementary schools. I am also going on my 4th year as a substitute teacher. I enjoy volunteering at our school and helping the teachers. I worked at MD Anderson Cancer Center for 10 years before becoming a stay at home mom. I also have a Masters degree in Business Management.
I am currently serving at DLE PTO Parliamentarian. I have lived in Sienna Plantation for 8 years with my husband, 2 daughters and our basset hound Hank. Our daughters, Molly and Morgan, are in first and second grades. I own my own business as a recruiter in the energy and technology industries and I am thrilled to be a part of the very first Leonetti PTO as your Parliamentarian. We have already made so many new friends; I look forward to sharing our journey through elementary school with all of you.
My name is Megan, and I am one of the PTO’s Student Activities Coordinators. I moved
to Sienna Plantation last year with Mark, my husband of seven years, and our daughter
Madeline, who is in first grade. I was proud and humbled to be named DLE’s 2017-2018
VIPS of the Year, and prouder still to serve on this year’s PTO board. I have a
bachelor’s degree in journalism, and besides working part-time for my family’s business,
I am also a Girl Scout leader. Volunteering at DLE has been a wonderful experience, and I look forward to the year ahead.
I serve as the VIPS (volunteers in public schools) Coordinator. I am a mom of three children; Brayden, Trystan and Kameryn and have been married to my handsome hubby Danny for 13 years. We have lived in Sienna for 9 years and both grew up in the Houston area. I graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Middle/High School Education and completed my Masters of Education in Counseling. I taught for three years and was a school counselor for three years before stopping to be a stay-at-home Mom. We are active members of The Harvest United Methodist Church. In my free time, I love crafting, spending time with my family, vacationing across the world, and watching TV. I’m excited to serve on this board and to find new ways for each family to volunteer in some capacity at DLE.
I serve as the Treasurer. I have a B.A. in accounting with an emphasis in economics. I have lived in Sienna Plantation with my husband and son Chase since 2013. I am also a foster parent to three wonderful children.
When I’m not spending time at home with my family, I am showing homes as a local realtor or preparing to speak at events.
I am the founder and speaker for Esther’s Key, a non-profit organization that promotes financial literacy for women victims of domestic violence. I have always been a numbers on the brain type of girl. I started by helping my friends and family with their finances and savings goals. My passion then grew into wanting to do more. I hope to be able to make a difference for Donald Leonetti Elementary.
My name is Lacey Stapleton, I am one of two Student Activities Coordinators. We are new to Sienna and are excited to start the new school year. My husband and I have two girls: Adelina (3rd grade) and Madelyn (1st grade).
We are from Canada and moved to Houston in 2012. I worked as a Nurse in various places in Canada and have been a stay at home mom for the last few years. I enjoy baking, reading, traveling and volunteering with the kids activities.
I am looking forward to getting to know everyone and serving on the PTO board.
I am your Yearbook Chair. My family has been lucky enough to call Sienna Plantation home since 2004. My husband Matt and I have three children. Taylor attends Ridge Point High School. Mason attends Thornton Middle School, and Avery will be in the second grade at Leonetti. I am excited for the year ahead and capturing the memories from throughout the school year!
I am the PTO Publicity. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Accounting from Southern Utah University. My family and I moved over a year ago from Utah to Sienna Plantation. I am married to Carson and have four children. Cayson is in 5th grade at DLE, and Kylee, Kymree, and Kenidee are triplet 3 year olds. My career took me through various rolls in Marketing, Advertising, Accounting, Banking, and Management. I am currently enjoying my roll as stay at home mom. In my free time I love the outdoors, spending time with her family and friends, biking, crafting, and going to the beach.
I have the wonderful opportunity of serving as the Newsletter Chair! My husband, Josh, and I have been married for 14 years. Our son, Jude, is in 5th grade. Our daughter Georgia is in 4th grade. Our crew loves to travel, play games, bbq, bake and watch movies. Josh and I have been Sienna residents since 2006 and the kids love being zoned to Leonetti!
My profession is my hobby. When I am not rewriting the DLE News, I spend my "school hours" at my design studio where I started when Jude was one. I graduated from Sam Houston State with a BFA in Advertising and Graphic Design and have been a print designer for 20 years creating invitations and event collateral for nonprofit organizations.
This is my second year working alongside the PTO and I love volunteering with this great group of parents and volunteers!
I currently serve as the PTO Social Media Chair and manage the DLE PTO Facebook page. I am a graduate of the University of Kansas and have a background in TV, Advertising, Corporate Communications and all things Marketing. I currently am the Digital Marketing Manager for John Moore Services. Me and my husband, Dave, have been married for 19 years and have lived in Sienna since 2007. We have twins in 3rd – Lance and Kira – and a giant, lovable mutt named Vincent. I am also a Girl Scout Leader and enjoys sewing, crafting, and playing piano.
I am privileged to have the opportunity to serve as the Wesbsite Chair for the PTO designing and maintaining the PTO's website. I work in Corporate Communications at Texas Children's Hospital, have a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Master of Journalism. Prior to entering Corporate Communications, I was a newspaper journalist for various publications in Texas and Louisiana. I am married to my wonderful husband Richard Gibbons, an ornithologist and bird enthusiast with Houston Audubon. We have a second grader at Donald Leonetti Elementary and will have a kindergartner joining the school next year. I am pleased to be able to be involved in the PTO and the school. Go Lions!
I am PTO Hospitality Chair live in Sienna Plantation with my husband Kyle and our two energetic boys; Will is in Kinder at DLE, and Jack is 2.5 years old. We moved from Atlanta, Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and really love the community aspect of Sienna Plantation. During the day I work full-time for an orthodontic software company and a few evenings each week I coach cheerleading for Sienna Spirit. I love that our PTO is flexible and you can be as involved as you like… any amount of time or skill donated is much appreciated! I’m looking forward to a great first year at DLE as the Hospitality Chair!
I am the Hospitality Co-Chair and a native Houstonian. I attended St. Pius X High high school and graduated from Southwest Texas State University. I received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Management. My husband, Tony, and I have made Sienna Plantation their home for the past two years with their two daughters Olivia and Lucy.
I am the All Pro Dad Chair and am extremely proud husband and father. I have been married to my beautiful wife Zee for over 13 years. Their most prize possessions are their 2 children Isaiah/Xavier. I was born in Michigan and moved to the great state of Ohio at the age of 9. As a youth in Lima, Ohio I excelled academically & athletically. I was fortunate to earn a full athletic football scholarship to Ohio University was elected team captain. While at Ohio University I earned a Bachelor of Science in Health & worked toward a Masters in Sports Administration.
Upon graduation from Ohio University I began my work in the medical sales industry where I still remain today. In my free time I enjoy coaching football, basketball & reading about history. I have also become an avid runner & have completed 1 ultra-marathon, 1 full-marathon, 20+ half marathons & various other races. I am passionate about being the best husband and father I can be and supporting/leading initiatives at church, in the schools, and in our community to help other men do the same.
I was born and raised in MI, and have made Texas my home for the past 21 years. I have been married to a wonderful man, Larry, for the last 19 years. We have an 8 year old son, Logan, who is currently in 2nd grade. I volunteer as the Box Top Chair for DLE and work full time as a radiation therapist for MD Anderson Cancer Center.
